Last week, I was challenged to try blowing bubbles to assist with my emotional well-being.
To be honest I felt stupid buying bubbles, but I figured what the heck. So off to the store I went and came home; my husband looked at me bewildered wondering why I have brought bubbles home.
So I told him we were going to blow bubbles, I think he must have thought, I was into drugs or something.
Anyway, he went along for the ride, it was very funny and uplifting watching us blow bubbles all over our home, but it was great. We must have laughed for the next 30 minutes, and I feel it brought us closer together to do strange things...who knows.
So in addition to my writing, gratitude and meditation, I can now add bubble blowing to my repertoire of ways to handle stress.
