My husband and I don't always see eye to eye, So yesterday when he called me he asked me to marry him all over again.
Of course I immediately started bawling; because a few years ago we had discussed it, yet it never got off the ground. Well now we have been together for 16 years and married for almost 13 of those years. We both have come a long ways, and will continue to become closer and closer. He wrote his vow without me asking for it and I will be sharing mine as well. Of Course between me sobbing I said YES, YES!!!!
The reason I brought up renewing vows, isn't just because I am getting married to my husband again. It is about life in general. People wait for January first to make resolutions to change. I am saying the time is now and today should be the first day of your life and commit to being the "BEST" you possible. Yes, there will be stumbling blocks and maybe even set backs, it is the struggles you endure that forge you into the person you want to be.

I want you to know that I am far from perfect, and at times undeserving of your LOVE.
I have made mistakes along the way, like pushing you to be your best, when you weren't ready to.

Life can be a adverse at times, but it is our choices on how we face our tribulations that define who we are.
Marriage is a commitment of love, honesty, sorrow, happiness, and even sadness.
Not everyday do our lives follow a perfect path, there will be difficult times; it is when life brings us challenges, we must continuously strive to face them with all our heart and move forward.
