What IF...?

What IF...(We could see into the future)

First of all there would a lot less divorces. But seriously at some point in time many of us have experienced de·ja vu.

I know there are many times we felt like I wish I would have done this or that, or not eaten this or that or whatever.

What if...there was a way to increase our ability to sense or know what the outcome would be, or should be. I am not talking about winning the lottery or anything for personal gain.I am talking about seeing events before they occur.

I know this sounds like a lot of BS, but I have learned that through some of these practices it does open up a part of us, that we take for granted or ignore, and not really think about why it happened.

Even if you don't think this will help, it's like a saying by Henry Ford, "Whether You Think You Can or You Think You Can’t, You’re Right."

So with that said, it is up to you if you believe that practicing these skills will benefit you. I am not saying that you will become a world class psychic, but that these practices can help you in different ways that you may not realize. I feel everyone has potential to expand their intuition and glean knowledge

Let me give you some examples to work on and after a few weeks, I believe you will see a major change in your perception.I still sense some of you have doubts, which is fine, I am the type of person who has to see it more then once to believe it; even then I want to research it more on my own before I practice or believe it.

With that said let"s do some practices we will need 20 to 30 minutes of uninterrupted time in a quiet place. Do your very best to make sure there are no distractions. Do a breathing exercise to relax and focus you more to be alert to the present.

Step 1 We are going to release our fears, many of us have experienced a traumatic past and this interrupts the flow. So you need to say an affirmation to start like "I will release the fear of seeing my future" repeat this 3 times, with a few seconds of break you can say out loud or in your mind. After a few minutes we will move to the next step.

Step 2 Close you eyes and imagine a problem or situation that you want more clarity on. Try not to be too vague, try to be specific in what you want to know. Let your mind wander as you think about your question. If an idea or image pops in your head write down what you think or believe you saw. If it is an image, try to draw it if it is a word or vision of a place you can write that down so we can focus on that later.

Step 3 Sometimes the answers won't reveal themselves immediately, have a notebook and pen by your bedside. Many times images and dreams are the answers we are looking for. This is the most common form of de·ja vu; if you wake up in the night and remember your dream, make a few quick notes before dozing back off to sleep.

Step 4 Be patient, sometimes it may take time to adjust and become comfortable practicing these steps. Once you  do, not only will you gain insights to the future, but analyze your past and confront your fears.

I have tried this with no sound and found it more comforting and enlightening listening to white noise. Either way this can be used to develop intuition as well as keep you in the present and alleviate anxiety.

If you wish to learn more and make this a passion there are websites with guidance and further trainings.

Prayers,

Mandie
